E' arrivato in tribunale dove sarà ascoltato dopo l'accusa di sedizione il capo del Mossos, la polizia catalana, Josep Lluís Trapero. Con lui anche un'altra responsabile degli agenti, Teresa Planas, e due leader di associazioni civiche indipendentiste, Jordi Sanchez e Jordi Cuixart. Verranno interrogati sul ruolo avuto nelle dimostrazioni del 20 e 21 settembre.
